1-Hour Call To Do The Work
I’m honored to hold space for you through a 1-hour call, where you will be gently guided using worksheets from The Work of Byron Katie.
Together, we will hold space for difficult beliefs, thoughts, and emotions that you are walking with and longing to release.
🛎️ All worksheets on this page and on the website of The Work are free, and can be used on your own. You may also contact the Byron Katie Helpline if you would like to receive support from a certified volunteer facilitator.
For personal support from me as you explore The Work, I provide the following options:
- Complimentary offer for existing coaching clients: As a bonus, I offer my clients complimentary support via Zoom or voice note (Voxer), if they are interested in exploring The Work to help them move past feelings of anger, disappointment and frustration – especially involving family members, friends or co-workers. My coaching offer which includes this bonus can be found here.
- Accessible offer for non-clients at CHF 33 ($37USD)/hour: I also offer support calls for non-coaching clients needing guidance, as they meditate on their Judge-Your-Neighbor Worksheet (or even their One-Belief-At-A-Time Worksheet).

How to book a call...
STEP 1: Download my “Extended” Judge-Your-Neighbor Worksheet
With permission, I offer this extended version of the Judge-Your-Neighbor Worksheet, which you can download below. Use it as a fillable PDF form, or print it out and fill by hand.
If you prefer to use Byron Katie’s original Judge-Your-Neighbor Worksheet or her One-Belief-At-A-Time Worksheet – you will find these and more on her website under ‘downloads.’
STEP 2: Book a call
Once you’ve filled out a Worksheet, contact me to book a call.
FAQ
The Work is a simple process of remaining alert to and questioning, our stressful thoughts.
A worksheet is filled, and four questions are asked to examine the thought:
…Is it true? …Can you absolutely know that it‘s true? …How do you react, what happens when you believe that thought? …Who would you be without that thought?
Then, the thought is turned around and examined again.
The Work Website, Byron Katie’s Podcasts and Books (especially audio) are great ways to learn more about The Work.
STEP 1: Anyone can book a call. Download and fill out the first page of my Extended Judge-Your-Neighbor Worksheet – or the original Judge-Your-Neighbor Worksheet.
STEP 2: You can use my Contact Form or send in your request at suri@suristahel.com. Please include the following:
➡️ Let me know that you’ve filled out a worksheet (at least the first page). You can decide whether to send a copy of your completed worksheet to me, before our call.
➡️ I’ll email you possible dates, times, and eventually, a Zoom link.
STEP 3: Attend the call, and bring along your filled-out worksheet.
Unless you are a coaching client choosing to receive this bonus support via voice notes (Voxer), this 1-Hour call will be conducted on Zoom – with or without video, as you prefer.
To maximise our time together, calls will ONLY focus on your completed worksheet (at least the first page must be completed). All calls will remain strictly confidential.
