Services offered: Reiki sessions and life coaching (1:1), provided online and in person, within Switzerland and internationally.

2. Scope of Services
Suristahel provides Reiki and life coaching services designed to support relaxation, personal development, and overall well-being.

These services are complementary in nature and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

3. Appointments & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule an appointment or request to change the type of service booked and paid for, provided that at least 48 working hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled session.

“Working hours” refer to Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Switzerland.

Requests made with less than 48 working hours’ notice may not be accommodated and may result in forfeiture of the session.

If suristahel must cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.

4. Payments & Refunds
All sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in justified cases (e.g. illness or emergency) and are assessed fairly on a case-by-case basis.

5. Reiki Disclaimer
By booking and receiving a Reiki session, you acknowledge and agree that:

Reiki is provided for the purposes of stress reduction and relaxation.

Reiki does not replace medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

You understand that:

• Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions.
• They do not prescribe medication or perform medical treatments.
• They do not interfere with treatments provided by doctors or other healthcare professionals.

6. Coaching Disclaimer
Life coaching services are intended to support personal development and self-reflection.

Coaching is not psychotherapy or medical treatment and does not replace professional mental health care. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

7. Health Responsibility
If you have physical or psychological concerns, it is recommended that you consult a licensed doctor or qualified healthcare professional.

Clients remain fully responsible for their own health decisions and actions.

8. Personal Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for their own choices, actions, and results arising from any session.

9. Confidentiality
All personal information and session content will be treated confidentially, unless disclosure is required by law or explicitly agreed otherwise.

10. Liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Suristahel shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of its services. Liability is excluded except in cases of unlawful intent or gross negligence.

11. Data Protection
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP). Further details on how personal data is handled are provided in the separate Privacy Policy on this website.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction is Winterthur, Switzerland, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Suristahel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of booking applies.
